            • How long does it take to preheat the oven?

              It takes just 18 minutes to preheat to 662°F/350°C.

            • Does it include a built-in thermometer?

              Not included. Usually built-in thermometers are not precise enough, to get an accurate temperature reading we recommend using an infrared thermometer.

            • Can I cook something other than pizza?

              Yes! You can add an iron cast pan to avoid staining the pizza stone It's perfect for baking, roasting, grilling, and searing meats, fish, and vegetables with a smoky flavor.

            • How to avoid undercooked dough and overcooked toppings?

              Practice makes perfect! Preheat with the pizza stone inside until it reaches 660°F (350°C). Rotate the pizza every 15-20 seconds. For thick dough, bake the crust first, then add toppings and bake again.

            • Which fuel does the Big Horn pizza oven use?

              Pellet, Gas and Electric power. The gas burner and electric heating element need to be purchased separately.
